Firm currently has three attorneys. Approximately 70% of our practice is family law. There are numerous instances of filed Domestic Violence cases which encompass the trial and prosecution or defense of the offenses within the Domestic Violence Act in Superior court and municipal court. Ms. Helfand supervises the defense of municipal court matters handled by her office in addition to those arising from Domestic Violence issues. The firm also handles bankruptcy, personal injury and municipal court matters. Tanya N. Helfand, Esq., specifically handles the complex financial divorces and bankrutpcy matters.
