Melinda founded the Firm in 1993 to represent the niche medium Chapter 11 debtor market. In addition to the main Bankruptcy practice, the Firm can counsel on an array of matters including State and Municipal Court matters (civil law suits, municipal offenses, etc.).

Assigned to the Bankruptcy Department at McCarter & English in Newark, New Jersey, Melinda was the handling attorney for In re: Hanlin one of the largest Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the 3rd Circuit. While at McCarter, Melinda gained large firm experience in Chapter 11 reorganizations.
