Mr. Grano is a military veteran, having served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Officer with the New Mexico Army National Guard. Other experience includes, serving as a State Prosecutor in New Mexico and as a criminal defense attorney practicing throughout New Mexico. Mr. Grano has a wealth of trial experience. He has prosecuted and defended cases of Homicide, Drug Trafficking, DWI/DUI, Domestic Violence, Robbery , Fraud, Illegal Entry, Rape as well as traffic offenses. Mr. Grano has extensive experience in representing personal injury victims and their families. In addition, he has experience serving in general counsel to governmental entities and educational institutions. Mr. Grano is a member of Federal District Court for the District of New Mexico Bar, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Bar and the New Mexico State Bar.
