In this episode, I answer one of the most common questions I get: Joel, what kind of lawyer are you, exactly?
SPOILER ALERT: As a criminal defense attorney, I devote 100% of my practice to defending people accused of traffic violations, misdemeanors, and felonies at EVERY STAGE of the criminal justice process, from investigation to post-trial relief.
DISCLAIMER: In this video I discuss EXAMPLES of some of the things I do as a criminal defense attorney. I am not guaranteeing specific results, nor am I suggesting that any example I give is typical. Every case is different, and results depend on a number of factors. That's why you should consult an attorney EVERY time you're charged with or suspected of a crime or traffic violation.
Some of my clients go to prison. Some of my clients are put on probation. Some of my clients get their charges reduced. Some are found not guilty. Some charges are dismissed.
This video is about what kind of work I do, not what kind of results you should expect.
In this video I discuss criminal district court in Carteret County, NC. I go over court dates and scheduling, and why you should NEVER try to handle your case alone.
SPOILER ALERT: In order to ensure you get the BEST possible result, you need someone who is in court EVERY DAY and can take advantage of the right opportunity when it becomes available.
If you've been charged with a crime or traffic violation in Carteret County, NC, give me a call.
