After 15 years with other firms, I started my own law practice in 2004. I am a disability lawyer practicing before the N.C. Industrial Commission and the Social Security Administration.

Founded law firm. Continued practicing in the area of Worker's Compensation while also developing the disability practice before the Social Security Administration and the Federal District Court. Began representing Veterans before the Veterans Administration once private attorneys were allowed to do so in June 2008.

Practiced in the litigation area, primarily doing injury work. Began the Worker's Compensation area of the practice. Chaired the Litigation Section of the N.C. Bar Association. Left to found own firm in January 2004.
