Jennifer Albaugh is an associate attorney with Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson, in Fargo, North Dakota. She currently practices family law focusing on divorces, custody disputes, adoptions, guardianships, conservatorships, and any other related matter. Prior to joining Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson, she worked for another firm in Fargo practicing family law.
In 2009, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Dakota. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Jennifer was involved in Law Women’s Caucus, serving as the President and Treasurer, North Dakota Law Review and the law school’s yearly orientation program. In 2012, she was awarded The National Association of Women Lawyer’s Outstanding Law Student for her involvement in law school and leadership abilities.
Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Governors for the State Bar Association of North Dakota. She is also a Board Member for the F5 Project. Jennifer previously served as the President-Elect and the President of the State Bar Association of North Dakota’s Young Lawyer’s Section. She is also a member of the Cass County Bar Association. Jennifer is a yearly volunteer with the Junior Achievement Program, and has been involved with the program since 2007. She is also a member of Power of 100, and volunteers with the the American Heart Association and Dress for Success Program.
Jennifer currently resides in West Fargo with her husband, Nathan, and their son, Hudson, and daughter, Sloane. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking, baking, watching hockey, and any outdoor activities.
