Megan Mersch Fields has a general litigation practice that includes representing businesses and individuals in employment law, business law, civil rights, products liability, criminal law, and general commercial practice. Her experience as an ex-prosecutor make her well suited for litigation and case resolution through both negotiation and trial. Megan practices in state and federal courts in both Kentucky and Ohio.
