Before Michael formed Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz, he practiced for many years as a personal injury attorney in Dayton, Ohio. Throughout Michael's entire legal career his sole focus has been on creating the best possible legal experience for each and every client. As a founding partner of Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz, Michael has personally directed the settlements of hundreds of millions of dollars for the firm’s clients. Michael is extremely active in various community charities and formerly served as a board member for the Montgomery County Heart Association. He also serves as a trustee for the University of Dayton School of Law.
