Benjamin Migdal practices criminal law in Northeast Ohio. He earned his J.D. (cum laude, 2016) and his B.A. (magna cum laude, 2012) from the University of Akron. During law school, Attorney Migdal served as President of the Jewish Law Student’s Association and participated in Moot Court Honor Society oral argument competition. In Spring, 2015 he was presented with the CALI award for the highest grade in UCC Sales. He was also active in public interest work, contributing approximately 100 hours of pro bono service to those of limited means. Mr. Migdal previously interned for the Summit County, Ohio Public Defender’s Office, and represented clients in court as a certified law student. Drawing on his experience with the Public Defender, Mr. Migdal founded his firm in 2016 with the goal of providing criminal defense representation at competitive rates as well as increasing the access to legal services by those most in need. Attorney Migdal is licensed to practice law in Ohio and is an active member of both the Akron Bar and Ohio State Bar associations.
