Represented large Oklahoma nursing home management companies in several medical negligence lawsuits involving the Oklahoma Nursing Home Care Act and Long Term Care Security Act. Represented Oklahoma business owners in corporate business litigation regarding breach of contract and dissolution/ejectment disputes under the Oklahoma Limited Liability Act.
