Attorney Michael G. Romano has been practicing in the area of criminal justice since 2000. He began his career working for the government as a prosecutor. Mr. Romano then opened his private practice in 2006 and began criminal defense work.

Romano Law, P.C. began in Bend Oregon and then transitioned to Portland Oregon in 2016. In order to assist clients from all over the state, we still maintain offices in both Portland and Bend.

In addition to DUI charges, we handle charges related to DUI, including but not limited to: Reckless Driving, Careless Driving, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver (aka "Hit and Run"), Criminal Mischief, Assault, and Driving While Suspended.

We also handle non-DUI criminal cases (misdemeanors and felonies), including but not limited to: Assault, Harassment, Domestic Violence, Theft, Criminal Mischief, Rape, and Sexual Assault.
