Mr. Hutchinson understands that people have money problems and have debt that can seem overwhelming. Mr. Hutchinson is a native Oregonian originally from Eugene. He earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1997. Mr. Hutchinson was on the Oregon Law Review and the International Moot Court Team. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with Distinction from the University of Washington in 1993. Mr. Hutchinson also gained valuable experience working in reputable law firms on both the debtor and creditor sides of bankruptcy. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar (OSB), the Federal District of Oregon Bar, and the Debtor/Creditor Section of the OSB.
