Ms. Ma graduated from Boston University. After college, she attended and graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Ms. Ma is licensed to practice in state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before federal courts in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
