Within his family law practice, William Kirby values his client relationships above all else. As a primary lawyer at Petrelli Previtera Schimmel, LLC, William heads the firm’s Moorestown, NJ location. He serves a wide range of clients including celebrities facing high-asset divorces. Bill is a passionate, appreciative, and motivated person who is dedicated to empowering individuals and families with the right information.

“When my clients come to see me, they are often experiencing a life-defining moment. How they handle the issue can impact the rest of their life and the lives of their family members,” Bill said. “My approach is to hear what my client’s goals are, so I can provide information and concrete advise about their situation. William refined his strong skill set in litigation and negotiation as an attorney in the U. S. Marine Corps and then as a business litigator representing Fortune 500 companies. He employs his unique background and experience to improve the lives of his clients.

William earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and was named an Arleigh Burke Academic Scholar. As a Marine Corps First Lieutenant, he was awarded the Marine Corps Funded Law Education Program scholarship. Bill went on to earn his law degree from Duke University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
