I am an employment lawyer helping individuals in Chester County, Montgomery County, Delaware County and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am President of Gallagher Law Group, LLC. We handle all types of employment related claims, such as for wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, disability benefits, unemployment benefits, Family and Medical Leave, Americans With Disabilities, wage and overtime claims, whistleblower claims, etc. We are devoted to prompt and vigorous prosecution of employment discrimination claims and employment retaliation claims. We focus on prompt and extensive communication with our clients so that they know exactly what is going on in their case. We handle many matters on a contingent fee basis, including claims for unemployment benefits. We also have substantial experience with helping employees extricate themselves from non-compete agreements, and also filing suit to obtain severance or other compensation promised under an employment contract, whether oral or written.
