My practice focuses on commercial litigation and the representation of creditors in commercial and private banking loan workouts, collection, and lender liability matters. I also have extensive experience representing clients in transportation, construction and general business litigation. As an experienced criminal litigator, I also represent clients in all manner of criminal and juvenile court proceedings.

100% of my practice at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP was made up of litigation. 50% of my time was spent representing clients in all types of criminal matters from traffic tickets to drug trafficking. I devoted the other 50% of my practice to all types of civil litigation from landlord/tenant actions to commercial corporate disputes.

While an assistant district attorney, I prosecuted all manner of criminal cases at every step of the process. I handled hundreds of preliminary hearings, tried dozens of jury trials and argued numerous appeals in front of the Superior Court.
