I provide criminal defenses services in Pennsylvania and military legal defense services worldwide. In addition to representing clients in state and Federal court, I represent military clients in Courts-Martial, Article 15s, Discharges and at the Board for Correction of Military Records.
In September of 2001, I was a law student at The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. On September 11th, I was on my way to a class on Tax Law when I heard the news that planes had hit both towers of the World Trade Center. The events of that unforgettable day prompted me to dedicate my legal studies and career to defend the freedom of all Americans.
I became an officer in the Air Force JAG Corps as soon as I graduated from law school. My passion as a JAG has always been to seek justice; no excuses and without apology. As a prosecutor, I successfully prosecuted cases that made the front page of the Air Force Times, but my true passion has always been to defend those accused of crime and ensure their rights are protected.
After serving as a prosecutor, Defense Counsel, and Senior Defense Counsel, I concluded my active duty military career as the Chief of Military Justice at the Air Force Judge Advocates General’s School. Once I realized that I had reached the pinnacle of my career as a criminal attorney in the Air Force, I knew it was time to leave active duty and pursue opportunities to fight for the rights of individual citizens.

About Davis: Davis is a Christian, husband, homeschool dad, and former military officer providing strategic legal guidance and expert criminal defense to military, federal law enforcement, and other patriots. My passion for justice and compassion for people is based on the belief that all of us are created in the image of God and endowed by our creator with inalienable rights. Davis is on the frontlines of the battle to defeat tyranny and preserve freedom. No King but Christ!
R. Davis Younts began his legal career as a military prosecutor, quickly earning a reputation as a passionate advocate for justice. Attorney Younts’ success, ninety-eight percent conviction rates, as well as his skillful handling of complex cases garnering national attention, resulted in his competitive selection as an Air Force Area Defense Counsel.
As a military defense attorney, Younts found his true calling and went on to become the top-ranked litigator in his region. Although asked to become one of eighteen Senior Trial Counsel in the Air Force, Younts turned down this prestigious offer to remain a defense attorney. His hard work was rewarded when he was hand-picked to become a Senior Defense Counsel and put in charge of the Air Force’s busiest region where he served as the lead attorney for homicide, sexual assault, drug, and other serious criminal cases.
Through hard work and dedication, attorney Younts amassed an amazing string of acquittals, was promoted to the rank of Major and ranked as the number one Senior Defense Counsel in the Air Force. Following his three-year tour, Younts was selected to become an instructor at the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s School.
After deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Younts returned to the JAG School where he was promoted to Chief of the Military Justice Division and tasked by the Judge Advocate General to re-design and modernize the Air Force’s trial advocacy training. After a decade of service in the Air Force, Attorney Younts decided to accept an offer from the Pennsylvania National Guard to serve as the senior-attorney advisor to the Joint Force Headquarters.
As the senior full-time legal advisor to the TAG and multiple General Officers, Younts was quickly recognized as a Commander’s JAG capable of providing timely legal advice that helped to further the mission and the strategic objectives of the organization.
As a member of the Guard, Younts was promoted to his current rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Despite his success with the Guard, Younts knew his calling and passion was for the court-room and he left full-time government service to enter private practice as a criminal defense attorney.
