Joshua Evan Tebay

Joshua Tebay is a passionate personal injury and criminal defense attorney at Ciccarelli Law Offices in West Chester. He believes strongly that as an attorney he has the responsibility to maintain unquestioned professional and ethical standards in dealings with clients, other attorneys and the court. At Ciccarelli Law Offices, Joshua handles a variety of complicated and unique cases. He primarily practices in personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, work injuries, workers compensation, nursing home neglect, slip and fall and animal attacks. He also has experience fighting for the rights of clients in drunk driving accident cases, product liability cases and nursing home abuse and neglect cases. However, he also handles a portion of criminal defense cases, and he is adamant about fighting for the rights of those facing charges concerning DUI, drug offenses, marijuana, violent crimes, domestic violence and white collar crimes. He also helps clients throughout the Pennsylvania criminal process and record expungements. His dedication to his role as an attorney is evident in both his career and his education. While studying law, he was accepted into Widener’s Criminal Defense Clinic where he worked with the Chester County Public Defender’s Office in representing indigent clients in criminal proceedings. After earning his license to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Joshua gained hands-on experience with several established law firms. He also worked as a prosecutor for the Bucks County District Attorney's Office where he gained insight into the methods used against those charged with an offense.
