Presently, my practice includes real estate, business formation, and estate planning and administration. I also serve as a Magisterial District Judge in Union County.
Previously, my practice included criminal defense in state and federal court, post-conviction litigation, appeals, civil litigation, social security disability, and Title IX investigations. I also served as a Mental Health Review Officer for Lycoming County and assisted in representing local school districts and an intermediate unit.

• Represented the prosecution in U.S. District Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and in Pennsylvania’s appellate courts • Represented the prosecution in post-conviction proceedings before the Court of Common Pleas • Advised District Attorney regarding appellate and post-conviction matters • Created and implemented policies and procedures regarding appellate and post-conviction practice • Supervised, assigned, and reviewed work of deputy prosecutors assigned to non-complex appellate and post-conviction cases • Assisted trial counsel with litigation of various pre-trial motions

• Represented clients on appeal in matters ranging from DUI to murder in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to include composing briefs, filing motions, and oral argument • Represented clients in the Court of Common Pleas at hearings pertinent to appeal • Assisted trial counsel with researching, drafting, and arguing various pretrial motions • Advised assistant public defenders assigned to minor appellate cases
