Jason Antoine started his practice in 2008 with the purpose of providing superior trial advocacy and solving difficult problems for clients in need. Trial advocacy has always been Jason's passion. Jason has studied the great trial lawyers in history and has successfully tried and won high stakes criminal cases both as a prosecutor and a criminal defense.

Prior to opening his Delaware office, Jason served as an Assistant District attorney in Pennsylvania. The acting District Attorney saw Jason's talent and promoted him to a trial attorney position in a month. Right out of law school he was trying high stakes felony cases. Jason racked up a total of two-hundred and three (203) felony and misdemeanor convictions with only one acquittal. In his first year out of law school at the DA's office, he received guilty verdicts in nine of ten criminal trials against seasoned defense attorneys. The acting District Attorney stated "Jason has a lot of talent."

Over the past decade Jason has been vigorously representing defendants in the State of Delaware and Pennsylvania. He has been referred to as "a superstar" and an "excellent attorney" by members of the District Attorney's Office and Attorney General's Office. Jason has been selected as a top rated criminal defense attorney in Wilmington, DE by Superlawyers. He has an AVVO rating of 10 out of 10. Jason has handled several high profile cases that have been featured by the New York Times, The Washington Post, The Miami Herald, NBC 10 Philadelphia, 6ABC Action News, CBS Philly and the Philadelphia Inquirer. Jason was also a commentator for Time Magazine on the Bill Cosby case.
