Paul H. Young is the founding partner of Young, Marr, and Associates. He began his legal career at the Social Security Administration and has since spent over 30 years in private practice, focusing on bankruptcy, Social Security disability, and long-term disability cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. Paul has successfully represented thousands of claimants seeking Social Security benefits across multiple states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, California, South Carolina, and New York.
In addition, Paul has handled over 10,000 consumer bankruptcy cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, earning numerous awards in both areas of law. He has taught bankruptcy at the college level and frequently lectures on both bankruptcy and disability law.
A lifelong Pennsylvanian, Paul grew up in Philadelphia and now resides in Bucks County with his wife of 34 years, their daughter, and their family dog, Marley. He is a proud alumnus of LaSalle University, where he graduated cum laude, and a graduate of Widener School of Law. Outside of his legal career, Paul is passionate about sports, particularly football. He also enjoys classic rock, blues music, and is an avid movie enthusiast.
