Brian attended the College of Charleston on a full athletic scholarship and graduated in 1994 with his Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, Brian was appointed the Assistant Attorney General by the South Carolina Attorney General Charlie Condon. Brian prosecuted numerous criminal charges, including some of the most severe. As a former prosecutor, he has a unique insight into how criminal charges are handled, and how to effectively litigate in court. Brian focuses his caseload on criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
