I have practiced law in Spartanburg, SC since 1995. My practice is exclusively limited to family law issues, and I enjoy helping people through family crises. The three words that best describe my practice are aggressive, creative, and compassionate. I often speak locally and nationally at continuing legal eduction seminars on family law topics. In addition to my practice, I frequently speak on legal technology issues, such as using Macs in your law practice and the advantages of blogging. I also publish several legal blogs, which have a growing following in the legal and technology communities. Specialties: divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, legal separation, adoption, alimony, division of assets and debts, restraining orders, and all other family law issues.
