After earning a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2003, Tyler left the cold winters of the Midwest to attend University of South Carolina School of Law. He fell in love with the south and opted to make South Carolina his permanent home. Tyler began his career working in personal injury law immediately after he graduated from law school in 2006. He had the beneficial opportunity to work as an associate attorney, training directly under two former South Carolina workers’ compensation commissioners. During this time, he represented hundreds of injured workers and gained extensive knowledge of the worker’s compensation system including settlements, trials and appeals. He brings this extensive experience and vast knowledge of the inner workings of the system to his clients at Stewart Law Offices, LLC.
Because Tyler has such broad and immersive experience, he is often asked by other law firms to assist them in handling workers’ compensation claims. Law colleagues regularly refer these types of cases to Tyler because they know he can handle them with the utmost skill.
