TRANSCRIPT: The lawyers that we have here many of them are involved engaged on a regular basis with state agencies, state government, not only the agencies themselves but sometimes it’s important to have the political contacts, too. We’re trying to minimize the disruption and the damage to our client and if we can get to a place with a matter like that they can live with and then go on from there and put it behind them that’s one kind of result. When it comes to a merger acquisition transaction where somebody is selling a business or buying a business. During the course of the discussions and negotiations of a transaction it can get tense. Part of our job is to make sure that there isn’t any unnecessary acrimony introduced into the discussion so that we can all get to a solution that when it’s all done people are happy. When a client comes in to us, they are usually at this place and they want to get to this place and so we’re trying to help them figure out the best way to get from one place to the next. Sometimes that involves a very complex problem and what they really appreciate is knowing how that can be done. We try to map that out so that they can clearly see how they get from here to here and that just when they can visualize that and kind of build that into their thinking then it makes even difficult situations a lot easier for them to really handle.
