James R. Cook, II earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. While attending law school, Mr. Cook served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate representing the best interest of children in child custody cases; earned 28 hours of Alternative Dispute Resolution training; and completed 150+ hours of community service. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Cook moved to Tennessee, where he currently resides with his wife who is a fellow attorney. Mr. Cook understands how stressful and complicated law suits and legal issues may be.
