My name is Ross Matuszak, and I am a licensed Tennessee attorney. I serve as the managing partner of Matuszak Law in Franklin, Tennessee.

My legal practice includes Divorce and Separation, Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation. I take great pride in being available and responsive to my clients' and prospective clients' legal needs. I am here to help you navigate your legal issues and promise to be there when you need me. I am also a Tennessee Notary Public, and offer remote notary services for your convenience.

As an attorney, I strive to achieve the best possible result for my clients. I also take the time to explain the legal process and issues to my clients. It is very important to me that my clients understand the legal issues they face and their options so they can make informed and intelligent decisions.

My wife Amy and I have two children and are active members of the community in Franklin, Tennessee. I previously served as a Magistrate for Williamson County, Tennessee. I am a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association. I earned my Doctorate of Jurisprudence at The Nashville School of Law.
