I have argued a case in front of the Texas Supreme Court. I recently won a case affecting DWI cases across the State in front of the Court of Criminal Appeals.
I’ve handled literally hundreds of criminal cases. I trust juries. I go into every case my firm takes on assuming we will have to try the case to a jury. This preparation very frequently leads to dismissal of the case. I have tried over 60 jury trials, with the vast majority leading to a not guilty verdict for my client.
In 2017, I tried 17 jury trials, leading to 13 verdicts of not guilty or the case ending in a mistrial due to errors on behalf of the State. It will be difficult to find an attorney more driven or dedicated to their clients
When I'm not in court, you will frequently find me fishing, boating, and spending time with friends and family in the Galveston area.
