Largest Verdict in Texas in 2009 for Workplace Safety. • Successfully tried multiple motor vehicle injury cases and premises cases to jury verdict. • Successfully tried breach of contract and DTPA cases to the bench and jury. Judgment and title obtained for client. • Tried 12 cases to verdict in first three years at firm as first chair trial attorney. • Litigation Experience – Independently managed large docket of personal injury, product liability, commercial, and first-party insurance bad faith cases from initial client contact until relief obtained, including handling most appeals personally.
