Verdict obtained as first chair trial attorney. 14th largest verdict in Texas in 2009. Largest Verdict in Texas in 2009 for Workplace Safety. • Successfully tried multiple motor vehicle injury cases and premises cases to jury verdict. • Successfully tried breach of contract and DTPA cases to the bench and jury. Verdict for Plaintiffs. • Successfully tried trespass to try title suit to the bench. Judgment and title obtained for client. • Tried 12 cases to verdict in first three years at firm as first chair trial attorney. • Litigation Experience – Independently managed large docket of personal injury, product liability, commercial, and first-party insurance bad faith cases from initial client contact until relief obtained, including handling most appeals personally. Managed own legal support staff while personally overseeing large docket of cases. • Sat for Personal Injury Trial Law Board Certification Examination within first five years of practice – passed on 1st sitting. • Performed Guardian Ad Litem duties for Harris County District Courts on appointment. • Appeared on The Sean Hannity Show, Geraldo at Large, numerous local networks, and handled multiple press conferences in media cases.
