First, I am a child of God. I am a loving husband and father of four. Then, I am a Trial Lawyer. I practice law for one essential purpose: to help those who have been harmed by others, and who have now realized that the system is stacked against them. It is our duty, as attorneys for people, to fight to ensure that individual rights are protected in the face of corporate greed, corruption and lies. We are truth tellers, and we strive for the truth to, inevitably, prevail. If you have been harmed by the acts of another, call me.

Turning a Tragedy Into a Victory
http://www.CarlsonAttorneys.com

Linda's Story: Linda came to see The Carlson Law Firm because her son, a 23-year-old autistic man, had been strangled to death in his daycare home. He was strangled because the home was using an improper take-down technique. The firm looked at this case and ultimately determined that the home, because of the way that this particular type of home is set up, the home was not insured. In fact, the home no longer existed. For Linda, it looked like there was no money to be had. Most lawyers wouldn't touch this case because there was no money. Linda blamed herself for the death because she had chosen this particular home to care for her son. Out of guilt, she began to drink heavily and developed a number of other issues. The Carlson Law Firm took on this case knowing that they wouldn't get paid because they believed in turning a tragedy into a victory.
