Micah McBride is licensed to practice law in Texas and Utah and has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Utah, the Supreme Court of Texas, the Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Federal District Court for the District of Utah. Mr. McBride’s practice is focused on corporate law where he engages in a wide variety of business transactions including drafting and negotiating contracts, winding down, business formation, secured transactions, and other commercial transactions. Mr. McBride also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to counseling a variety of businesses ranging from new technology start-ups to established multi-million dollar corporations. Mr. McBride also has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients in a variety of lawsuits, involving breach of contract, business torts (such as fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference), construction disputes, intellectual property infringement, and wrongful liens.
