Tim started his private practice in Southern Utah in order to be more involved with his clients. Tim believes in giving an honest case evaluation and communicating often with the clients he represents so he can work towards his clients' goals as accurately as possible. Tim is able to establish a firm understanding of his clients' cases through an extensive knowledge of Workers' Compensation law and experience in earning just settlements.
Tim earned the following degrees from Brigham Young University: BS, Geography; Master's of Public Administration (MPA); Juris doctorate (JD). In law school he was a senior editor for the Education & Law Journal. After law school he served 6 years on active duty with the Air Force JAG Corps before opening his private practice here in Southern Utah.
