Represented the legal interests of the trusteeship, conducted First Meetings of Creditors, participated in office management and advised the Trustee regarding employment issues, supervised and prepared performance evaluations for staff members, advised the Court regarding debtor compliance with the provisions of Chapter 13 and made recommendations in relation to plan confirmation and modification in approximately 5,500 open and pending cases, litigated and appeared before all three Bankruptcy Court Judges on an almost daily basis.

Researched and drafted decisions, orders and opinions of the court, analyzed daily law and motion calendar and prepared bench rulings, supervised and directed activities of chambers staff and student interns, and prepared bench memoranda in advance of appellate argument and drafted opinions and/or dissents in cases appealed to the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
