Bradford Law Office is a full service law firm, combining diverse training and personal and professional background with personal attention to client's and detail. While competent to handle many legal matters, but passionate about focusing on Family and Elder Law. The firm focuses primarily on a all aspects of family law, including, but not limited to adoptions, foreign judgments, child support, alimony, divorce, custody, modifications, guardianships, parent time disputes, etc. Experienced in representing client's in both mediation and litigation. I love the personal aspects of helping clients through the stressful events and challenges that family and elder law entail. I enjoy assisting clients in finding peace of mind vis-a-vis taking a mediative approach, yet am competent at resorting to litigation if necessary to find the best solution for my client's dilema. I am assertive, but not arrogant. I am approchable and make myself available to clients. I am a proactive problem solver being amicable, yet keeping opposing counsel on their toes. I am efficient and mindful of the balance between effectively protecting a client's interests without unnecessary legal actions and fees. With offices in Sandy and Sugarhouse, meeting face to face is as convenient as possible to clients across the Wasatch front. Wendy is also available to make house calls for clients that cannot travel.

I have especially enjoyed taking on all areas of family and elder law cases & issues, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, order modifications and enforcements, time share arrangements and property and asset divisions, guardianships, conservatorships and trust litigation.

Conducted extensive legal research, writing and consulting on many aspects of business law, employment law and corporate, employee, and union dispute resolution and prevention. Worked in conjunction with office partner on major reorganization of employee and corporate stock and savings plans. Reviewed and revised employee handbooks, non-compete agreements and handled client QDROs. Worked closely with partners and legislature on pending labor and employment legislation drafts, including advising partners and clients regarding potential impact of same. I Left to take the Utah State Bar and relocate to Utah.
