The founder of the firm, Tom Tousley, has extensive experience involving deportation law. He worked for 9 years as an attorney for the Board of Immigration Appeals, writing over 800 decisions for appeals of decisions of immigration judges throughout the U.S. During his time working for the Board of Immigration Appeals, he was assigned as an attorney for the Office of Immigration Litigation of the Department of Justice where he litigated immigration cases before mulitple federal courts of appeals. He entered private practice in April 2005 where he has successfully represented persons in removal proceedings before immigration judges, in appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in appeals to federal courts throughout the United States. He has also successfully represented many clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services in applying for adjustment of status to a lawful permanent resident or for naturalization.
