Jim’s practice focuses on collections, commercial law, business law and civil litigation. Since obtaining his Virginia bar license in 2016, he has helped many different types of businesses to obtain judgment and recover monies duly owed. His collection clients have included banks, insurance companies, landlords, apartment managers, dentists, care facilities, equipment lessors and others. With a variety of industries served, Jim aims to provide consistently efficient, effective and ethical creditors representation.
