• Since its inception in 2010, Micro current Technologies Corporation specializes in computers producing micro current frequency therapy for medical professionals and the public at large. • Established the internal organization, business plan, budgets, and policies for this start up organization both for operations in the U.S. and Costa Rica, secured tax free status in Costa Rica. • Developed a site plan for in patient and out patient clinic and manufacturing in Costa Rica. • Recruited and retained COO, CFO and department heads. • Highlight: Obtained approval of Costa Rica’s Minister of Education to establish a teaching clinic for micro therapy working in conjunction with the largest hospital in Central America

• Directed all aspects of strategy, growth and expansion of mental health clinic. • Responsible for drafting new policy and procedures manual, personnel manual, and mental health treatment plans. • Provided training on medication management and mental health diagnoses. • Highlight: Instrumental in financial turn around in less than one year.

• Lectured on medical ethics and medical law, as well as alternative medicine. • Wrote the Student Constitution and By-Laws, reviewed faculty contracts and the Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Belize and how it complied with the new Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine and other Health Professions guidelines. • Highlight: Counseled on the site visit by the Ministry of Education and Accreditation Committee for Belize Medical Schools and served as a member of the prep-team for this site visit.
