I am the author of a chapter pertaining to negligence in the employment law context which is published as part of the Washington Employment Law Deskbook. I have given seminars on employment law as well as landlord and tenant law. I was elected Walla Walla County District Court Judge, Part-Time, in November 2010. I am a trained mediator and have over 25 years of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
