Personal Injury Attorney William Pemberton moved to Wisconsin with his family while attending high school. For his undergraduate education, Attorney Pemberton attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and then obtained his juris doctorate from Marquette University Law School. It was during his time at Marquette that Attorney Pemberton realized he wanted to focus his career on litigation. He gained invaluable experience while working for a prominent Milwaukee personal injury firm. After law school Attorney Pemberton sharpened his skills with a firm specializing in civil defense work.
In 2005 Attorney Pemberton and his wife, Angela, moved to Baraboo to be closer to their respective families. They, along with their three boys, enjoy being part of a small community they actively participate in. While working with a local attorney, Attorney Pemberton was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues, including family law and personal injury law. He immediately discovered his passion for helping people with difficult legal issues. Since then, Attorney Pemberton has made personal injury law and accident litigation a significant part of his legal practice.
In 2006 Attorney Pemberton decided it was time to start his own firm, Pemberton Law Offices. This decision was predicated on his desire to focus his practice in injury and accident law. After being a successful sole practitioner for 4 years, Attorney Pemberton and long-time friend, Jay Englund, formed a partnership, Pemberton and Englund Law Offices, LLC.
Attorney Will Pemberton has secured a substantial record of successful settlements, awards, and verdicts in injury and accident cases, including a jury verdict in 2012 exceeding a half-million dollars that was one of Wisconsin's largest verdicts ever in a personal injury case not involving broken bones.
