Jim was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin. During law school, he clerked for the IRS researching areas of the federal income tax laws. Jim spent several years working for Ernst & Young in Milwaukee as a tax manager before relocating to the Fox Valley to join Remley & Sensenbrenner in 1991. His primary practice focuses in business/corporate, tax, estate planning, and real estate. Jim and his wife, Deb, live in Neenah and have two children. Most of Jim’s hobbies involve outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting, and downhill skiing.
