Honors law school graduate, a member of the Massachusetts and Georgia Bars, and an accomplished advocate for injured and disabled workers before both state and federal government agencies. A subject matter expert in the practice of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability, having successfully tried more than a thousand cases before Administrative Law Judges throughout and beyond the contiguous United States. For nearly a decade, the attorney of choice to handle SSDI hearings throughout the Southeast for many of the country's best known disability insurance carriers.

Substantial experience in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, up to and including trial and appellate representation, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Offering claimants expert counsel in the statutory interplay of WC, SSDI, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, UI, and ERISA regulated health and disability plans.
